"Below we give the official list of persons exempt from military service in the
City and County (Fort Wayne and Allen County) and cause of their exemption, as taken from the Enrolling
Commissioner's report filed in the Auditor's office."
These names were abstracted by Margery Graham, a Genealogy Center volunteer and
member of the Allen County Genealogical Society of Indiana, Inc.
