Universalist Church Cemetery, Whitley County, Indiana

About This Resource:
The Universalist Church Cemetery of Whitley County, Indiana is located on the west side of CR 950 W at the intersection with CR 700 S. The remaining stones have been moved to a fence row. It was the original site for the Universalist Church which was later sold and removed to another location, and used as a cattle shed. The only things that remain are a few bricks from the foundation and a few surviving stones. The church was built before the Civil War -- estimated date was 1800. The cemetery can be found by the following legal description: S7 T30N R8E
