We have some great new church and school records in our Free Indiana Databases! We start with Trinity Church Records in Bartholomew County, Indiana. These records include Trinity Church Sunday School Records 1904 to 1926 and Otter Creek Church Sunday School Records 1887 to 1889. These records can include numbers of pupils, who taught the classes, hymns sung, lessons taught and amount of collections. More records in this series are waiting to be scanned and posted, so keep watch!

Next is the Garrett Schools Reunion, 1989 from DeKalb County, Indiana. It is a reunion of all classes, with the Golden Anniversary Class (1939) and Silver Anniversary Class (1964) highlighted. Also included are names of members of various reunion committees and a schedule of reunion activities.

The Directory of Public Schools of Huntington County, 1949-1950 includes school officials; township trustees, county council and commissioners, school calendar; rules and regulations; salary schedule; information on various schools, which includes names of school administration and teachers; and a list of substitute teachers.

And Religious and Social, Franklin County, Indiana is a reprint of chapter V of the Atlas of Franklin County, Indiana (J. H. Beers & Company, Chicago, 1882). It includes sections on Little Cedar Grove Church, the Oldest Church in Franklin County, Early Meeting-Houses, Early Religious Movements in the Whitewater Valley and Presbyterianism in the Whitewater Valley as well as information about the effect of the New Madrid earthquakes of 1811-1812 on the region.
